Job summary

JPMorganChase in Boston seeks an ETF Operations Analyst to support the ETF Servicing and Basket Operations teams. You will manage client trading activity, address ETF order inquiries, and maintain accuracy across settlements and collateral workflows.

You'll work with technology to scale processes, automate touchpoints, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering KPI reporting to clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of industry experience.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global/matrix organization.
• Ability to build and maintain client and counterparty relationships.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of a client's trading activity, reviewing reconciliation breaks.
• Handle ETF order inquiries and resolutions with APs and issuers.
• Maintain a settlements dashboard and track KPIs for open/settling orders.
• Facilitate collateral management, validation, processing, and release.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing wires and collateral/cash-related requests.
• Produce collateral reporting for APs and ETF issuers.
• Reconcile against core controls for ETF/TA deliveries.
• Collaborate with tech/change teams to scale processes and automate tasks.
• Participate in industry groups and discussions on ETF products.
• Uphold regulatory standards and provide monthly KPI reporting.
