BELFOR is seeking an Estimator to join our Bristol, TN team. The role focuses on creating and managing estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, meeting with clients, and delivering competitive quotes using Xactimate.

You will review budgets, track costs, and communicate progress with clients and management, while maintaining safety and meeting timelines. Training and Advancement opportunities are provided within BELFOR University.

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency.
• Must use BELFOR estimate format standards for Xactimate estimates, proposals, etc.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience with Xactimate.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain local clientele, referrals from insurance adjusters and community contacts.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain budgets and address overages; manage costs monthly.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed (board-ups, water, fire, vandalism).
• Ensure compliance with BELFOR naming conventions for estimates and change orders.
• Review invoices and labor to ensure costs are included in job costs.
