• Strong background in residential site development projects.
• Experience estimating projects ranging from $5M–$50M.
• Knowledge of sitework scopes including erosion control, clearing, grading, utilities, and paving.
• Proficiency with AGTEK software (strongly preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and pricing negotiations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
