Jobot is seeking an Experienced Estimator for our nationally recognized earthwork contractor partner in Illinois. The role focuses on analyzing plans, estimating costs, and delivering competitive bid proposals.

Responsibilities include collaboration with PMs/engineers, cost control, and ongoing cost monitoring. Requires proven estimating experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with estimating tools. Competitive salary with bonus opportunities and benefits.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget.
• Review and analyze change orders and provide cost impact assessments.
