Jobot is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead field staff on heavy civil projects in Kansas City. You will oversee structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer and water scopes, ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of on-site general contracting experience, a civil engineering or construction management degree, and a track record of leading multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• 5–7+ years as a Construction Project Manager with general contracting on sitework.
• Experience overseeing all project scopes and leading field staff.

Job Details

The Estimator/Project Manager will lead field staff in construction of the entire project, managing all scopes (Structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water), providing leadership to project staff and ensuring quality and timely and on budget completion of projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field
• Min. 5-7+ yrs. as a Construction Project Manager w/ General Contracting experience on Sitework and Heavy Civil projects a MUST!
• Knowledgeable of all project scopes even if one area is stronger than another
