Job summary

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency.
• Experience with MSDS data sheets and job applicability.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and Xactimate experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local clientele including insurance adjusters and businesses.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Manage estimates from creation to completion and monitor budgets.
• Review invoices and labor to ensure costs are included monthly.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as required.
• Comply with BELFOR standards and training programs.
