Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Smyrna, TN is hiring an Estimator who will provide outstanding customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance partners. You will document communications, support the repair team, and help drive KPIs across the shop floor.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and at least one year of DRP experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow procedures.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Guide customers through the repair process with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with management on production walks and team support.
• Attend training and safety meetings as required.
