Job summary

The Boyd Group Services Upper Marlboro location is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

Responsible for documenting repairs, parts replacements, and ensuring alignment with the shop's KPIs, you will support the team, participate in training, and maintain compliance with DRP programs while providing reliable estimates that drive repairs and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and participate in DRP programs.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person or by phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend monthly health, safety and staff meetings as required.
