Job summary

The Boyd Group Horn Lake is seeking an estimator to create accurate repair estimates and coordinate customer communications through the vehicle repair process. You will document interactions, ensure insurance alignment, and support the team to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, maintaining DRP compliance, and attending trainings. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with opportunities for growth and incentive-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Participate in daily production walks with management
• Support team members when required
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended
