Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Georgia is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will document damage, specify required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPIs while upholding WOW values. Prior DRP and I-CAR familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members and attend safety meetings.
