Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications, inform customers and insurers, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

Responsibilities include updating records, guiding customers through the repair process, and ensuring DRP and insurer compliance while supporting teammates in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent completed.
• Awareness of where to look for answers and basic computer skills.
• Commitment to DRP compliance and I-CAR training willingness.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely repair process information and excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team for repair planning and customer communication.
• Participate in daily production walks and health & safety meetings.
• Support team members and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.
