Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates. You will coordinate with customers, insurers, and the repair team to ensure timely, accurate service and compliance with DRP requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate estimating software and systems.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing for vehicle inspections and pickup/delivery.
• I-CAR training or willingness to complete training as part of the role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; industry training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate vehicle damage estimates and documentation.
• Coordinate repairs with customers, insurers, and shop staff.
• Communicate repair progress and costs to customers and insurers.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and company processes.
