Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and coordinate with customers and insurance companies to drive a smooth repair experience. You will ensure adherence to OE guidelines and DRP processes while collaborating with the Shop Manager and team to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have high school education or equivalent, at least 1 year estimating/repair experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year experience in DRP/estimating.
• Basic computer skills and insurance process awareness.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend safety meetings as required.
