Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications with customers and insurers, and work closely with the management team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and updates.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Coordinate with team members and participate in production walks.
• Attend trainings, information sessions, and workshops as required.
