Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, is seeking an Estimator who can create precise damage appraisals, assess needed repairs, and coordinate with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth, transparent repair journey. You will document interactions, guide clients through the process, and help the team hit KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information to guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Coordinate repair planning and communicate with the team.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings when required.
• Assist with training sessions and workshops as recommended by the Store Manager.
