Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to provide exceptional customer service by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes adherence to DRP guidelines, insurance requirements, and teamwork to meet KPIs while maintaining high service standards. I-CAR training may be required during employment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate repair documentation.
• Experience with DRP processes is preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training as required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate repair information and guide customers through the process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and repair planning.
• Participate in daily production walks and team trainings.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values.

Skills
