Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Madison, WI is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers, insurers, and the repair team.

You will document estimates, guide clients through the repair process, and communicate progress while helping the facility meet KPIs. I-CAR training and a valid driver's license are preferred as part of your qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Awareness of DRP processes.
• I-CAR training willingness/requirement.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and communicate repair needs with customers and insurance.
• Assist with repair planning and production walks.
• Maintain KPIs and participate in safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DRP processes and insurance requirements.

Skills

Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
