Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Estimator to provide detailed damage appraisals, coordinate repair needs, and keep customers informed. You will work with insurance companies and team members to ensure accurate estimates and timely communication, supporting facility KPIs.

Required is knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training with a valid driver's license. Prior DRP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Inform and update customers and insurers through repair.
• Coordinate repair needs and parts replacements.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain KPI targets and uphold WOW standards.
