Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Verona, WI is hiring an Estimator to create accurate damage appraisals and coordinate repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, document interactions, and support the team to meet facility KPIs while upholding core values.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant role.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance expected.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support daily production walks.
• Uphold KPIs and support the management team to ensure a smooth repair flow.
