Gerber Collision & Glass in New Albany, IN, is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with the insurance process. You will communicate with customers and insurance providers to keep them informed throughout the repair journey.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of DRP’s compliance.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Attend training and health & safety meetings.
• Collaborate with management during daily production walks.
