Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare detailed repair estimates, and coordinate repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process and a positive customer experience.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines and repairs, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum 1 year experience; willing to complete I-CAR Training; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information, guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed and attend meetings when required.
