Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to create repair estimates and coordinate vehicle repairs. You will manage communications between customers, insurers, and shop teams to ensure smooth processing and timely updates.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, I-CAR training, and DRP compliance, with a focus on accurate damage assessments and thorough documentation. This on-site position offers opportunities for professional training and collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates and coordinate repair needs for customers
• Handle all customer and insurance-company communication throughout the repair process
• Inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout repairs
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and document needed repairs and parts replacement on damage appraisals
• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently
• Provide accurate repair-process information and excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, metrics, and WOW Operating Ways
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
• Greet customers in person and by phone
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
• Support team members as required
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by the Store Manager

Requirements

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License
