Responsibilities

• Performs quantity survey of materials shown on project plans.
• Reads and outlines project specifications.
• Maintains an audit trail of the quantity survey from estimate to estimate.
• Supports vendor/subcontractor pricing and bid solicitation.
• Distributes plans and specifications to vendors/subcontractors.
• Collaborates with project team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Provides constructability and coordination reviews with operations.
• Leads bid day activities and prepares cost estimates.
