Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an Estimating Manager 2 to review and execute bids on multiple, complex projects in Tampa, FL. This role supports strategy, vision and values of the firm.

You will prepare complex cost estimates, manage scopes of work, coordinate bid solicitations, and mentor others while ensuring constructability and profitability across projects. Strong Excel and estimating software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (Preferred).
• 5+ years estimating experience required; 8+ years construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating tools; ability to read drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Develops and manages scopes of work for all trades and coordinates bid solicitation.
• Tracks value creation items and reviews project documents for constructability.
