Job summary

Daily Local is seeking a Contract Administrator in Skippack, PA to support the estimating team with contract paperwork for bids and project starts. The role may be full-time or three days per week, offering a flexible arrangement in a family-owned construction setting.

Responsibilities

Manage estimating-area documentation: subcontracts, purchase orders, vendor agreements, certificates of insurance, and bonding submissions.
Initiate and track bond requests; coordinate with bonding agents; follow up on approvals and documentation.
Prepare standardized contract forms and ensure completeness prior to submission to management or vendors.
Organize and maintain a central filing system (electronic and paper) for bid and contract records.
Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve contract questions and obtain required documents promptly.
