Job summary

DCM Services, LLC is seeking an Account Representative to serve as a key contact resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This remote in Tennessee role is full-time, non-exempt, and emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professionalism within a supportive team.

You will document accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure privacy while following client requirements.

Requirements

• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems
