Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant project coordination experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with electronic security/access control/fire alarm systems.
• Able to organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule ESS projects and service work, balancing customer needs with resources.
• Monitor and adjust project schedules as required.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and supply needs with management.
• Maintain and track inventory, purchases, and receipts.
• Create drawings/sketches for installations.
• Prepare estimates and quotes for customers.
• Develop work orders and job numbers as needed.
• Support billing processes and coordinate with accounting.
• Ensure jobs are timely, on-budget, and meet codes and quality standards.
• Perform site walks and gather information for bidding and closeouts.
