Pillar Innovations, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator – Electronic Security and Safety to coordinate ESS services, procurement, and logistics from Morgantown. You will support field teams, manage schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with inspectors, preparing estimates, and maintaining documentation, while providing after-hours support and ensuring safety and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant project coordination experience.
• 1+ years of experience with electronic security/access control systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Schedule ESS service work and projects by balancing customer needs with resources.
• Monitor and adjust project schedules.
• Communicate personnel, equipment, and supply needs to management.
• Maintain inventory and material purchases tracking.
• Create drawings and sketches for installation.
• Prepare and assist with project estimates and quotes.
• Develop and assign work orders and job numbers.
• Coordinate with other divisions on ESS projects.
• Support new business development and customer service.
• Ensure jobs are timely, on-budget, and meet quality standards.
• Perform site walks for bidding and closeouts.
