Job summary

Border States is seeking a Fleet Operations Lead to manage the safe and efficient delivery and maintenance of our fleet in Curtis Bay, MD. You'll oversee driver performance, truck routing, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

This role includes responsibilities such as maintaining delivery vehicle safety and performance, managing driver qualifications, and developing cost-effective delivery solutions. We offer a starting salary of $82,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a two-year business/trade degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of prior transportation or fleet management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe operations of the fleet including driver performance.
• Ensure all drivers meet licensing and medical requirements.
• Manage delivery vehicle maintenance records.
