Job summary

Parksite in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Operations & Fleet Supervisor to lead daily distribution center operations, including fleet readiness, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance. You will coordinate drivers, vendors, and internal teams to keep deliveries on time, assets well‑maintained, and compliance up to standard.

The role offers hands‑on leadership across warehouse activities, fleet coordination, facility management, and safety program execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, warehouse, distribution, fleet, facility, or operations leadership experience.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced distribution/operations.
• Working knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance and operational follow-through for fleet, powered industrial trucks, warehouse equipment, or facilities.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain qualification before operating forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution center operations to ensure safe, efficient, accurate, and timely warehouse and delivery activities.
• Own the fleet preventive maintenance process, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain vehicle inspection and maintenance records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support delivery operations through driver coordination, route readiness, issue resolution, and customer service follow-up.
• Partner with CDL personnel, Operations, and HR on driver onboarding, training coordination, and performance follow-up as needed for CDL tasks.
• Support safety compliance with OSHA, hazmat, DOT, equipment, and company safety requirements.
