Job summary

Standard Logistics is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead drivers, equipment, scheduling and safe operation to support our customers in achieving goals for raw material pickup, deliveries and logistics coordination. You will foster a safe, accident-free, healthy workplace while aligning with plant management and logistics teams.

The role focuses on maintaining safety standards, DOT compliance, and continuous improvement while negotiating with vendors and managing fleet costs.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Supply Chain/Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation of the private fleet and ensure DOT compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling of drivers, equipment, and loads with plant logistics.
• Manage fleet operations within budget and identify efficiency savings.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries to meet customer requirements.
