Responsibilities

• Schedule closings with all parties and monitor escrows to ensure compliance.
• Package and distribute escrow paperwork to buyers, sellers, agents, lenders.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and sent within established timelines.
• Maintain professional, timely communication to support smooth transaction flow.
• Open title orders and obtain vesting information.
• Prepare and send documentation to title partners for review.
• Track title documents and updates for timely resolution.
• Order and follow up on payoff demands and HOA demands.
• Monitor outstanding requests and escalation delays to protect closing timelines.
• Maintain organized files and status tracking.
• Deliver superior customer service to internal market brands and external partners.
• Adhere to NOC standards and procedures.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple files in a high-volume environment.
• Identify potential process improvements to increase efficiency.
