Job summary

Compass International Holdings is seeking an escrow processor to join our team in Missouri. You will support the closing representative by organizing documents, coordinating with agents, buyers, sellers, lawyers, lenders and others to ensure timely closings with minimal stress.

Role requires attention to detail, organization, and strong communication skills. You will handle loan documents, reviews, and post-closing tasks, while maintaining professional relationships with industry partners.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One to four years of escrow processing experience.
• Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Communications skills: Strong written and verbal skills to clearly keep agents, buyers, sellers and all other parties up to date with the process and work with them to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding assistance to the closing representative to ensure smooth sales and white-glove service.
• Prepare loan documents for signing, including vesting amendments, and present/return documents to lender after signing.
• Review real estate purchase contracts for completeness and request missing information; perform a preliminary audit to clear title.
• Maintain files, record documentation, and transmit documents to lender after closing.
