Job summary

Compass International Holdings is hiring a sales representative who will be the face of our office in the community, meeting with real estate agents and others to promote our title and closing services. You will connect agents with escrow officers by understanding their personalities and building enduring relationships beyond business.

You will educate agents with expert knowledge of industry and local developments, and you will entertain clients to strengthen business and personal

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience; basic understanding of title insurance.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Well organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• State-specific certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet with area's real estate agents and lenders to pursue and cultivate relationships for title and closing services.
• Close the loop with potential clients by responding to questions and gathering information to persuade them to use our services.
• Be the go-to resource for agents and lenders with expertise and support staff.
• Use social media to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Educate agents by creating and conducting workshops with prepared and customized materials.
• Share meeting results with supervising managers and prepare weekly reports tracking business results.
