Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with basic understanding of title insurance.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Well organized with strong time management and prioritization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; state certifications where applicable.
• Desirable: 1–2 years escrow/title/real estate experience.
• Notary license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet with area real estate agents and lenders to cultivate relationships for selling title and closing services.
• Follow through by answering questions and collecting information to persuade clients to use our services.
• Be the go-to resource for agents and lenders with expertise and support staff.
• Use social media to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Educate agents by creating and conducting workshops with prepared and customized materials.
• Share meeting results with managers and prepare weekly reports on business performance.
