Qualifications

• Escrow experience handling residential and/or commercial transactions.
• Demonstrated book of business or strong local client relationships preferred.
• Experience managing escrow transactions from opening through closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of residential and commercial escrow files.
• Review title commitments, purchase agreements, and loan documents.
• Prepare closing statements, deeds, and escrow instructions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate escrow funds, earnest money deposits, loan proceeds, and disbursements.
• Resolve title defects, boundary issues, and closing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal escrow regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records while meeting critical closing deadlines.
