The Escrow Officer acts as a neutral liaison responsible for managing real estate escrow transactions from inception to closing. This role oversees closing workflows, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivers exceptional service to real estate professionals, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction process.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of direct Escrow Officer experience handling residential and/or commercial transactions
• Demonstrated book of business or strong local client relationships preferred
• Experience managing escrow transactions from opening through closing

Job Duties
