Job summary

Anywhere seeks an organized escrow processor to support the closing team, coordinating with agents, buyers, sellers, lawyers, lenders, and other parties. You will prepare documents, review contracts, and ensure timely closings with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of escrow processing experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication to keep every stakeholder informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of escrow processing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Strong written and verbal communicationskills to keep all parties informed and aligned.

Responsibilities

• Assist the closing representative and coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders to ensure smooth closings.
• Prepare and review loan documents, vesting amendments, and signing packets; present for signing and follow up on funding conditions.
• Audit real estate purchase contracts for completeness and identify missing items; clear title where needed.
• Maintain and transmit closing documents and checks after closing; ensure proper filing and recording.
