Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education as required.
• 2–3 years of escrow experience, front- and back-end, or path to Officer role.
• Technical closing process knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and ensure timely, efficient closing.
• Verify paperwork, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with lenders.
• Maintain relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, and others.
• Assist in marketing to recruit and retain agents with white-glove service.
• Train escrow assistants and delegate tasks to enable growth.
• Be present at closing to deliver a positive, memorable experience.
