Qualifications

• Strong PC skills and familiarity with MS Office; ability to transfer skills to other software.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers with operational integrity.
• Procurement and payment of lender paid escrowed items (insurance, taxes, PMI, PMI regulations) before due dates.
• Perform escrow analysis annually and as requested to ensure compliance with RESPA and investor guidelines.
• Assist supervisor with quality control and ensure compliance with AML/BSA and bank risk procedures.
