Job summary

The Servion Group is seeking an Escrow Admin Specialist to support mortgage servicing operations and ensure adherence to investor guidelines. You will handle escrow-related tasks and communicate with borrowers, agents, investors and vendors.

Entry level to senior roles require knowledge of mortgage practices, plus ability to work with mortgage software and reporting tasks. Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office and mortgage software familiarity.
• Understanding of mortgage real estate lending practices.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage escrow operations and investor guidelines.
• Process mortgage insurance cancellations/terminations.
• Establish and remove escrow accounts per guidelines.
• Report to investors as required.
• Assist training for Escrow Admin Specialists.
• Coordinate communications with borrowers, agents, investors and vendors.
