The position requires 2–4 years in loan escrow and flood insurance regulatory knowledge, plus strong MS Office proficiency and excellent communication. It offers exposure to loan servicing processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Loan Escrow and Insurance Servicing (Administration, Operations, Accounting, Escrows).
• 2-4 years in Escrow and Flood insurance regulatory requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of loan documentation, mortgage loans, escrows, insurance requirements.
• Experience processing insurance (hazard, windstorm, flood, PMI, builders risk, liability, etc.).
• Strong knowledge in Escrow regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong client service, organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to balance multiple time-sensitive tasks.
• Accuracy and great follow-up skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs QC for all triggering events (New, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions, Increases) covering Flood regulation.
• Verifies insurance records and tracks collateral in applicable systems.
• Maintains insurance and tax records for loan collateral.
• Reviews insurance coverage compliance at origination/renewal/modification.
• Monitors service provider reports and requests updated insurance from agents.
• Manages escrow disbursements for insurance and taxes; monitors timely processing.
• Generates escrow analyses and annual statements; ensures accuracy and compliance.
• Resolves client inquiries and loan issues; collaborates with Servicers.
