The position requires a minimum of 1 year closing experience in the title insurance industry in Wyoming, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting clients in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements, clearing title requirements, assembling documents, and disbursing funds.
• Resolves title defects and satisfies existing liens and encumbrances.
• Work closely with brokers, lenders, attorneys, consumers, and adhere to transactional instructions.
• Maintain timely, thorough, coordinated, and eloquent communication with all parties.
• Close, review, and execute closing documents; post-closing: record and digitize records.
