Job summary

Anywhere is seeking an escrow officer to serve as the human link between our process and people. You’ll review contracts, ensure paperwork is complete, and collaborate with lenders and agents to fund and close transactions. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education as required.
• Experience: Two to three years of escrow experience in front- and back-end tasks.
• Certification: Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
• Industry awareness: Knowledge of the closing process.
• Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Communications: Strong written and verbal skills to keep stakeholders updated.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and ensure timely, accurate closings.
• Verify paperwork and ensure escrow closes on time.
• Work with lenders and underwriters to fund and complete transactions.
• Build relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and agencies.
• Reach out to new agents and provide white-glove service to retain business.
• Train escrow assistants and delegate work to open opportunities for advancement.
• Be present at closing and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
