Job summary

A real estate services company in Elkhart is seeking a Closing Officer to manage the escrow and closing process for real estate transactions. Responsibilities include serving as the point of contact for all parties, conducting closings, and resolving title issues. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in escrow services, strong communication and organizational skills, and must obtain state title licenses. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in escrow, title, or closing services required.
  • Experience as a Title Examiner, Abstractor, or similar is a plus.
  • Must have (or be able to obtain) state title license and notary commission.

Closing Officer

Escrow Officers play a key role in real estate transactions by ensuring funds and documents are handled securely and accurately. This role is responsible for managing the closing process from start to finish, making sure everything is completed smoothly for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.

What You’ll Do
