Responsibilities

• Participate in networking events, community activities, and industry functions to promote the company and expand your client base.
• Manage residential, commercial, and/or national escrow transactions.
• Prepare and present closing documents and escrow instructions.
• Coordinate closings, recordings, disbursements, and title issuance.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and company policies.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain a solution-oriented approach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Perform notary duties in accordance with NNA guidelines.
• Mentor and support junior escrow staff as needed.
