Futura Title & Escrow is seeking a Title Officer I in Clarkston, WA to examine property titles and ensure clear encumbrances for smooth real estate transactions.

You will prepare reports, review deeds and liens, and support clients and internal teams while maintaining accuracy and compliance with title guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of progressive experience in escrow, title, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of title plant resources, tax records, and title insurance procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title/escrow software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role
