In this role, you'll ensure accurate disbursement of escrow funds, support members with inquiries related to their escrow accounts, and analyze reports to resolve discrepancies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $21.35 to $32.02 depending on experience, along with benefits like medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan with matching.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Tax, Insurance, or PMI Premium Payments required.
• Knowledge of lender requirements regarding Flood Insurance preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Annual Escrow Disclosure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and disburse Mortgage Escrow Payments for compliance.
• Analyze and review reports to resolve issues.
• Communicate with members regarding their Escrow Account.
