Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Escrow Supervisor to oversee end-to-end escrow operations, ensuring accurate tracking of real estate taxes and insurance. You will QC audits, run annual escrow analyses, and coordinate with servicing, compliance, and accounting to resolve high-priority exceptions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in finance/real estate or related field and 2+ years in loan servicing or escrow, with strong RESPA knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years Loan Servicing and/or Escrow experience.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) guidelines and escrow mechanics.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations, ledger balancing, and auditing complex accounts.
• Experience with mortgage servicing software, document management platforms, databases, and MS Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily escrow operations for accurate tracking and timely disbursement of taxes and insurance.
• Performs quality control audits on escrow accounts and workflows to identify discrepancies.
• Acts as escalation point for complex escrow discrepancies and drives resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Performs annual escrow analyses in compliance with RESPA and adjusts monthly payments as needed.
• Provides member service and support, drafting notices and communicating changes clearly.
• Supports compliance, reporting, and audit activities across the department.
