You will work closely with the Escrow team, handling orders, documents, and disbursements while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and professionalism in a local setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer 2+ years of escrow-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and adaptability to new software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, inputting closing information, preparing documents, and supporting disbursement and follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout escrow flow.
• Interpret various agreements related to escrow closings and ensure accurate handling.
• Collaborate with the escrow team using multiple technologies to provide a seamless customer experience.
